Executive Search/ Permanent Placements (CSSI)

Executive Search is for the client that wishes to fill a position with an immediate yet accurate candidate. Clients must have the proper infrastructure to accept this type of service. The billing for this service is aggressive, but so is the search for the right candidate. The successful candidate would be hired directly by the client upon acceptance of hire and would warrant a charge-out rate from the total annual wage of the applicant, including all bonuses, commissions, and offerings for the first year.
