Advanced Hiring Process:
Our clients search, advertise, and interview applicants for their specific needs with a cost that could exceed $5,000 per hire. CSSI & CSG has already done the work and may already have the person you are looking to hire. Our "Advanced Hiring" process allows us to identify these key workers and have them available immediately for permanent or temp-to-perm hire. The workers are notified of your status and are waiting pending your decision. We will place the worker with you upon approval, and you can save all the headaches and costs due to advertising, sourcing, interviewing, screening, criminal checks, training certification, and references. You cant afford to hire the wrong person!
Direct Recruiting/ Human Resources/ Work Site Supervision/Management
When convenience is important, we will put our people with your team. Whether you need HR consulting or training, Manpower supervision/Mgmt on the job, we will put the right person in place, fast. In the end, you focus best on what you need to do and we will focus on what needs to get done.
Permanent Placements:
This service is for the client that wishes to fill a position with an immediate yet accurate candidate through CSG. Clients must have the proper infrastructure to accept this type of service. The Billing for this service is aggressive, but so is the search for the right candidate. The successful candidate would be hired directly by the client upon acceptance of hire and would warrant a "Charge Out" rate based only on the total annual wage of the applicant, may include bonuses, commissions, and other offerings for the first year.
Contract Placements:
This is a secure type service that gives the client the opportunity to use one of our preferred workers for a specific amount of time to do a specific job, with no strings attached. The client can supply their own candidate, which the same terms would apply. You would confirm the contract, and an agreed rate would be billable as per our Terms and Conditions. Most contract rates will offer a Fixed Rate and in turn, offer significant savings for the client. This program is available through CSSI.
Executive Search Placements:
This service is favourable to companys that can appreciate the placement and search process. Extensive research and networking occur to draw the right candidate for your specific requirements. The end result is a qualified candidate with strong credentials, and is your permanent employee upon start up. The Billable Rates for this type of service are fixed pending the industry and volume required and are available through CSSI.
Temporary and Temp-to-Perm Placements:
We have a pre-screened and interviewed pool of applicants from our "People Base" that would fit your employment needs. A day-to-day rate for temporary placements is available to all customers. All temp-to-perm placements continue are for a designated amount of time, and are designed so that all burdens and payrolling, including WSIB are the paid by us. Let us hold the probationary period so that you may focus on getting the job done right, the first time. This program is available through CSG.
Temp-to-Hire
This service is reflective of the client taking the candidate immediately on their payroll, but yet not able to pay a perm fee all at once. The client pays a fee weekly to cover the billing portion of the account, less any burdens, wsib, etc. The advantage for the client is that they get the candidate full time right away, and the candiate has the opportunity to be trained, and can blend into the team immediately versus having to wait for several months.
Health and Safety Training &Consulting/ Physical demands analysis/ Drug Testing
This is not only available to qualified candidates prior to any job posting, but is also available to the general public. Everyone has access to the following types of Training Services; WHMIS, Norcat, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Water Works, Respirator Fit Tests, Flagging, Forklift, Overhead Crane and Canadian Welding Bureau.
To make sure that your worker meets your internal work qualifications, you may require either a physical analysis or drug testing. Our team is ready.
