With fall here, all of our outside workers should make sure that they are prepared daily for all types of weather conditions.  Dress accordingly, and be prepared.

**Reminder from our Payroll Department**

Accounting MUST receive your signed time card by midnight on Sunday.

Failure to do so may affect future placements

Time cards must be filled out correctly, dated, and signed off by your immediate supervisor. Refer to your sample package if you are unsure how to complete your time card correctly. As payment is solely by Direct Deposit banking information must be in the office prior to your first placement.

We DO NOT issue manual pay cheques. 

To all of our current candidates, please make sure to update our office with any address, phone number or e-mail address changes. 

As well, always remember to call both your supervisor and CSSI/CSG recruiters should an emergency arise and you cannot go in for your shift.

Time Cards are now being placed in the mailbox that is mounted at the back entrance of Cambrian Staffings new location at 525 Notre Dame.

All Time cards are to be in by Sunday midnight,

 With the up coming tax season approaching us if there are any changes to your Address, email or phone please call the office to up date.

All T4 s will be mailed out by Feb.28 2013.
