Cambrian Staffing Solutions Inc. was created in 2005 by the President, Mark MJ LeClair. At the time Mark had a vision for supporting Northern Ontario workers and clients so they can come together to fill a common need. Knowing that Human Capital was an interesting concept and with 15 years of recruiting and management, Mark felt it was time to share his vision and create a different twist to the standard "Staffing Agency" mentality. With a vision and goal for growth, Mark created their own "Advanced Hiring" ideology and implemented it the day the doors opened. With a desire to exceed and have a 90% retention rate for workers and clients. To include a solid base of clients that can put the true value on employment services. Within the first year the CSSI team has exceeded their targets and goals, and most importantly did exceed the 90% retention rate of accounts. But Mark wasnt willing to stop there and needed to expand to include contracts, permanent, executive search, health and safety, HR consulting, Capital Funding and Health Care Services. Currently the Cambrian Staffing Group encompasses all of this at the clients fingertips.

All workers now have the availability to not only post their resume and receiving ongoing correspodence, but they can see which jobs best match their search. They can also create an account for updates of information including health and safety, and any  "last minute" job orders. The new web site even offers the candidate to send referrals via the referral link and make money by doing it. The web site today is a full web site for both the candidate and the client, and even any potential applicants that need a starting point to search for work.

With the growth that Cambrian has had and where they plan on growing, will truly reflect the ability to focus on premium services and qualified workers, for all their business. Mark LeClair has no intention of slowing down, and knows what his clients want, and when they want it.

The Cambrian Staffing Group of Companies will continue to grow and will service the following and all points in between; Sudbury, North Bay, Timmins, Sault Ste.Marie, Thunder Bay, Toronto, and Tampa Florida.
